Risk Assessment and Asset Integrity Management
We offer capabilities in Risk and Asset Integrity Management addressing your needs from field appraisal to operation. Among our services are: risk-based concept screening, probabilistic cost and scheduling, project execution risk management, HAZID/HAZOP, risk-based inspection, repair and maintenance plans, in-service inspection plans, and accidental loading analysis including fire and blast, vessel collision, and dropped object studies.
OGS personnel have extensive LNG and gas processing experience throughout their careers which averages 26 years. These projects include gas stabilization and fractionation plants, gas storage and loading facilities, off-gas processing plants, gas treating and sweetening plants, associated equipment. The company can provide the design of cryogenic turbo-expander facilities, and can provide plants that recover 99% of the ethane and essentially 100% of the propane and heavier components in the feed gas, and plants that are designed to operate in ethane or nitrogen rejection modes, all with optimum compression power consumption according to the economics of each project.
OGS is capable of developing field of biofuels production. The company has considerable experience with "first generation" biofuels plants as well as "second generation" biofuel technologies by developing and participating in projects that use cellulosic biomass or other non-food chain feedstock.
