An extensively experienced and practical executive in the engineering industry with over 20 years service, more specifically in the oil and gas sector, since 1988.
The experience has been gained through a wide array of projects throughout Australia and Overseas working in the area of Design, System Analyzing, Commissioning and Construction before commencing in Business Development and then finally Company Management and Directorships.
Jason has gained extensive experience in line and project management roles and more particularly in change management, people development and team motivation.
He has extensive experience leading and working in teams associated with design, construction and commissioning of world scale capital projects in both ‘brownfields’ and ‘greenfields’ scenarios.
Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor
Thirty years plus experience primarily in the onshore and offshore Oil & Gas Industry, including LNG in a wide variety of roles, primarily in the Engineering and Construction world and in the latter years in more of the Public & Investor Relations/M&A/Business Development (BD) role.
His last major permanent role being Group Manager of Business Development at Clough Limited. Peter also held the Group Manager Corporate Affairs role for 3 years in his 15 years at Clough. Other previous permanent employers being Kaiser, Foxboro, Worley Alumina and BHP. He currently has other part-time roles with Seatrax & BAM International.
Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Director and EXCO Member
A qualified lawyer and former managing partner of a top ten Australian law firm in Perth Western Australia, Anthony has many years’ experience in banking law, intellectual property and commercial transactions for public companies.
He has extensive commercial experience in corporate transactions as Corporate Counsel of Challenge Bank/ Westpac and then an investment bank.
Anthony is presently working with a national electrical engineering company providing services to the rail, mining and industrial sectors.
As director of Commercial & Legal, Anthony’s expertise will contribute to the success of OGS.
Director and EXCO Member
With over 27 years in business and in the Energy and Utilities industries including Oil & Gas.
Although well qualified in information technology majoring in software development and project management Greg has now focused on the business management, governance and risk management and development aspects of companies for the past 20 years.
A variety of positions have given him a broad range of experience from technical, architectural and project management through business, governance, risk, financial management and sales and development management.
Having successfully started, developed and sold several companies forming the main stay of international companies within Australia post acquisition, his business management and development experience now exceeds 25 years.
Greg has established several successful businesses from concept to revenues in excess of $250M, as well as taking established lines of business in a major corporate through significant growth to revenues in excess of $250M.
Chief Financial Officer
Paul is a qualified accountant (CGMA, CMA, CPA. MAAT) and brings to the team over 20 years of Australian and International experience in a number of key financial roles at both ASX listed and private companies. Paul comes to the team with a strong financial, commercial and business analytical skills combined with proven effective leadership of finance teams. Paul has significant experience in managing working capital requirements of growth businesses with an international footprint. Paul is a member of Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants & Association of Accounting Technicians.
Chief Operating Officer
Twenty five years in the offshore and onshore Oil and Gas industry, initially in process engineering and transitioning through project/delivery management to senior business unit management positions.
Peter has spent the last 18 years with Offshore Design Limited (ODL), later know as Wood Group ODL where he gained extensive experience in the delivery of asset operations and maintenance management consultancy services and the development of procedural documentation. Peter has achieved success in a number of different and demanding positions, obtaining both hands-on and managerial experience that spans the management of multi-disciplined consultancy, engineering and design projects, the development of new technologies and also corporate management.
He has formed technology and channel partnerships with software companies, focused on the implementation and ongoing support of Asset Management and Maintenance Management Systems, document management systems and materials management applications.
Having successfully established and managed regional business operations in Malaysia and Perth, Peter joins the management team at OGS to head a new division that offers a suite of Asset Operations Support and Optimisation Services, focused on providing consultancy services and management technologies to assess asset operations, determine the best strategies and opportunities for improvement/optimisation and provide solutions to secure sustainable benefits and ensure ongoing operational efficiency.
Anne has 10+ years’ experience across Engineering, Oil & Gas, Resources, and Finance industries. Responsible for the management of the OGS Group business operations.
In 2018 Anne managed the QHSE requirements for the OGS Group to successfully obtain ISO certification (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018) in record timing, this has given her sound QHSE knowledge.
Extensive experience in management of project logistics, setting key performance indicators for the groups, staff objectives and good communication are all key areas of her portfolio.
Anne has led strategic and operational HR support and services across recruitment, on boarding, training, remuneration and benefits, client and employment contract management, career planning and organisational accreditation for 457 visas and all international visa requirements.
Further to this Anne has also managed Operations & HR within the M & A environment, through due diligence and post-acquisition integration on both buy and sell sides within the context of global organisations.
Business Development Manager- Queensland
Michael is a professional civil and mechanical engineer with more than 40 years’ experience in Australia and internationally, across consulting, construction and manufacturing sectors at operational and executive levels. He has held a number of senior executive roles with companies including Cooper Flow Control, GEC Alstom, and Queensland Rail and has served on a number of industry associations, government committees and private sector boards.
Michael has broad knowledge and experience in Australian and international business, with an extensive professional network throughout Australia, Asia, Europe and the United States. He has manufactured and supplied products to the oil and gas, petrochemical, power, water, military and nuclear industries.
Group Manager - Strategy & Business Development
A business development professional with a broad range of experience, including Strategy, Business Development and Recruitment, with the main focus being the ability to consistently convert opportunities into tangible financial results.
A strong record of delivery in designing and leading both organic and inorganic growth is the main theme across 11 years of overall development career experience working with engineers; WorleyParsons and Clough; and Construction companies; DownerGroup and AusGroup.
Specialties: Strategy, business development, recruitment, value proposition development, oil & gas and Infrastructure sector expertise, LNG, global energy.
General Manager - NT
An Energy and Mining industry practical professional with 30 years’ experience in operations, maintenance, and company management.
Marks experience has been gained on large local and international projects working in senior positions in operations and maintenance teams with Western Mining, Chevron and Eni. In these roles, he has been responsible for operational readiness, maintenance and operations of large onshore and offshore facilities from detailed design through to stable operations.
His expertise includes building and maintaining team competencies and performance, contractor management and maintenance management. Most recently Mark has expended his capabilities to include management of small engineering and maintenance companies.
Mark is focused on delivering innovative and compliant technical and cost effective solutions for clients and achieving company performance targets.
